I have a depth of experience supporting mothers with breastfeeding, craniosacral therapy for themselves and their baby, cooking nutritional meals that aid recovery, gentle rest and recovery rebozo massage.

The Home visits can be split into pregnancy and postpartum.

I can offer you my Mexican rebozo, birth biomechanics information, accupressure combs , birth ball,birth sling, aromatherapy oils and hypnobirth recordings if you wish to use them.

I suggest 3-5 pregnancy meetings, 3-4 postpartum visits.

I love to be able to offer a full postnatal ‘Closing the Bones’ ritual at between 3-12 months. This takes place over the whole morning or afternoon and includes revisiting your and your baby’s birth story, a warming full body massage, a hot herbal steam bath, a time cocooned in blankets to integrate and finally a rebozo ritual that involves being rocked and swaddled up and down your body. This beautiful treatment I have learnt from my highly respected teacher and friend , midwife sister Naoli Vinaver.
