Gentle postnatal & breastfeeding Support.

I love the first hazy weeks after your baby arrives. It can be a time of exhaustion, happiness and tears.

I will support you to rest, relax and heal and ensure you have a protected space to recover with your baby.

I am able to spend 3 hour sessions with you ,supporting your breastfeeding journey, listening to your birth story, offering a craniosacral therapy session or turning my hand to whatever you feel you need in that moment. For example-I can visit soon after the birth and once or twice over the next weeks.( Your NHS Midwifery Team will always visit you to offer postnatal checks and feeding support when you first arrive home)

I am an experienced midwife and held my Lactation Consultant Certificate for 15 years. I have also worked in India, Ethiopia and most recently provided breastfeeding advice in Thessalonika refugee camp, Greece. So, nothing is too much trouble for me x I love to sit with a mum and listen x

I offer support in an open non-clinical capacity and recommend you seek information and treatment from your NHS midwife or Gp if you are concerned about a medical condition.

I charge £25 an hour (+ .45p mile fuel costs). One visit is usually 2-3 hours.
