HYPNOBIRTH COURSE – >6 hours one to one/ online £120 . I can recommend Hypnobirth books and audio for £10-15.00

I will meet you weekly for 1.5-2 hours online. We can spread the sessions over evenings, daytime to suit you and I continue untill you feel confident to practice and use the techniques you learn.

If you are committed to preparing for the birth of your baby together I really recommend a full Hypnobirth Course . It can be a huge confidence boost and very empowering to understand your own strengths and face any fears before your birth day.

As part of the course I can recommend books, podcasts, audio Mp3 that suit your needs as well as being able to contact me on whatsapp for any hypnobirth queries you may have between sessions.
