I have provided breastfeeding support to parents since I trained as a midwife 28 years ago. I held my International Lactation Consultant certificate for 15 years BUT what I love most is supporting relaxation and the breastfeeding postnatal bubble. I offer a small zoom antenatal group to understand and explore our breastfeeding thoughts, family history and look at the value of relaxation and positive affirmations . I have completed a MINDFUL BREASTFEEDING training and can offer postnatal visits to your home to support you and your baby’s breastfeeding journey….
