I have worked as an NHS midwife for 25 years and I have worked in many different birth environments from here at home to Timbuktu ! (literally i have spent time in nomadic tents, big hospitals and family homes). I have a mountain of Breastfeeding Expertise and feeding in ‘difficult situations’to draw on , having spent time on hospital postnatal wards and refugee camps in Greece. I understand how stress can impact our early baby days and use mindfulness techniques and Craniosacral Therapy to support our time together.
I have developed my own relaxed, enjoyable teaching methods drawing on my indepth understanding of physiological birth, evidence-based practice and connection and contacts with other midwives, doctors and birthworkers around the world.
I care deeply about pregnant families and teaching skills, tips and tricks to support Pregnancy, Birth, Breastfeeding and your postpartum journey.

My information and support provides a holistic non-clinical approach to your pregnancy and birth and is not to replace or deter you from seeking medical information/ research based evidence or clinical support from your midwife or other hcp.
